Returns are usually processed on the first Friday following the returned items arrival at our warehouse. Sometimes during peak business seasons such as summertime returns may take a little longer to be processed, however we will do our best to process your return as soon as possible.


After we process your return we will issue you a refund, minus restocking and shipping fees, to the credit/debit card or PayPal account that the order was paid for with. If we are not able to refund the payment back to the credit/debit card or PayPal account that the order was paid with due to credit/debit card cancellation/expiration or PayPal account closure then we will mail a company check for the refund.
