Thanks to all the help from my friends here at electricscooterparts.com , I could not have done this without you. The 36v upgrade kit was truly plug and play. The 1000w motor is a beast. Added with the 8mm chain and 11 tooth motor/44 tooth rear sprocket my new top speed is 24mph(via GPS)
I also removed the chain tensioner....too noisy!!!
I custom made the battery box to accommodate the 3 12v batteries from 1/8 " alum.
I custom fabricated a new foot deck too.
