Electric Quad Engine

I have a quad don't know make but have a,chain drive motor model MY1060 voltage 24vdc rated speed 2750rpm.can I change the motor for some thing with a higher rpm with out changing 2 12volt acid sealed batteries thank you for your help

Yes you can. The 24 Volt battery pack that is is the electric quad right now can be used with any 24 Volt motor regardless of its RPM rating. If a new motor that is rated for more Watts than the stock motor is installed then the speed controller would need to be upgraded along with it and also maybe the wiring depending on its gauge, but the original battery pack and charger would not need to be changed.
