fuse

hi, I'm using 48V 1000W Electric scooter Battery 30Ah Lithium ion Battery for my Evo powerboard scooter. So, what is the recommendation fuse should I use.? currently I'm using 25 A fuse

I do not have any specifications for the EVO 48V 1000W scooter on hand so I am not sure what size fuse it uses. The same size fuse that was included with the scooter when it was new should be used. When upgrading the battery pack the fuse size should remain the same unless the wiring harness and speed controller have been upgraded and are able to handle more Amps than the originals.
