Is Drum Brake mod possible?

Is it possible to install drum brakes on a scooter originally built with band brakes and if so, will the stopping power increase enough to justify the costs? The drum brake BRK-200 does not include the brake drum (rotor?) and I had no luck in my searches for one. Thank You, Bil Posey, TX

Our item # BRK-200 drum brake is typically used with scooter wheels that have a brake drum built into them. Since the brake drum is part of the wheel itself individual brake drums for modifications are not available for the BRK-200. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
