Brain dead Mobility Scooter

I have a brain dead Mobility Scooter 24V system. I built a Go Kart from the 2 motors from a 24V mobility cart, will the 241200 controller w/proper added parts control the motors in place of the outlandishly priced controls, or will the GG Kids have to push it to get it to run?

Our SPD-241200 speed controller will provide plenty of power for two 24 Volt mobility scooter motors. Most mobility scooter motors are rated between 300 and 500 Watts so pairing two of them with a 1200 Watt controller is a very good match.
