Choosing correct battery BMS

Hi Specialist,

I wish to know which type of Battery BMS should i choose, i'm confuse on the ampere part please advised?

My Escooter Controller rated 36V 48V with 18Amp 350W 

My charger rated output 42V 2A

My Battery pack model ( N18650P 2200mAh 3.7V ) total battery 40

Battery BMS should be 10S 36V 16 Amp or can up to 35 Amp i am confuse because some stated same charging ampere & discharge ampere. Please help me to choose the correct type which delay me a long time...Thanks

No one here has experience building lithium battery packs so unfortunately, we do not have any knowledge to share regarding their design or construction.
