Can a ultron 1000v dual motor 60volts battery and 60v controller Change to 48v 15ah battery??

It can be done, however, if the 60 Volt battery pack and controller are changed to 48 Volts then the motor will run a lot slower than it does with the 60 Volt battery pack and controller.
