Here are the procedures to follow to replace a throttle on an eZip E450 electric scooter:

1- Verify that the power switch is in the off position
2- Remove the footplate.
3- Disconnect the battery pack wiring harness connector from the main wiring harness connector.
4- Unplug the throttle from the controller.
5- Remove the old throttle from the handlebars and throttle cable from the scooter.
6- Install the new throttle on the handlebars and run the throttle cable into the scooter.
7- Plug the new throttle into the controller.
8- Reconnect the battery pack wiring harness connector to the main wiring harness connector.
9- Reinstall the footplate.
10- Turn the power switch on and test run the scooter to verify proper operation of the new throttle.
