The Avigo Extreme Offroad 350W electric scooter as shown in the photos you attached is neither 12 or 24 Volts, it is a 36 Volt scooter. We have parts available for it on this page: http://www.electricscooterparts.com/avigoextremeoffroad350wscooterparts.html

How do I know which rear wheel bearings I need for my Avigo Extreme?

The wheel bearing number will be imprinted on the side cover of the bearing. The wheel may need to be removed in order to read the bearing size. Here is a photo of a wheel bearing showing where the bearing number is located.
