Wiring difficulties

My star 2 029 e-scooter wiring has some technical difficulties this s is what they look like ............ My tablet won't let me post pictures but these connector has fried 3 fuses the wiring is all messed up I was wondering if there is a set of blue prints or wiring instructions

You might want to take a look at the Scoot-N-Go owners manual because it has a wiring diagram in it. The Scoot-N-Go is a 24 Volt electric scooter that looks identical to the Star II Model 029 E-Scooter. I am not sure if its wiring diagram is the same as the Model 029 but it might be a good place to start from. Here is a link to it: http://www.electricscooterparts.com/manuals/scootngomanual.pdf
