I can help you to choose the right electric motor for the ATV. What is the top speed that you want the ATV to go?

A 36 Volt 1000 Watt motor or 48 Volt 1000 Watt motor will have just enough power to propel the ATV to 25 mph. I can calculate the correct gear ratio and sprocket sizes for a 25 mph top speed if you would like? I would just need to know the diameter of the rear tires to make the gear ratio calculation.

I have a 50 cc petrol kids mini ATV and I want to replace the petrol engine with a electric motor. What size (voltage and watt) electric motor should I buy to give me the same power or a bit more to replace the petrol engine with. Not too big as I dont want my 5 year old son to kill himself
