No lights,horn and wiper

I have a three wheeled scooter, before i bought a new controller nothing worked except the digital speedometer. Now after the new controller i can drive again, but no lights, horn or wipers are working.
The lights, horn, and wipers are most commonly controlled by handlebar switches so the first thing I would do it test or those switches to make sure they are working. I would also check the wires and connectors between those switches and the main wiring harness or controller to make sure they are all in good condition and none of the wires are broken or shorted and that all of the pins in the connectors are not bent or pushed out of the connectors.
