There is a good chance that the 4 Amp input fuse on the red wire going to DC to DC converter has burned out. The DC to DC converter runs all of the lights so if its fuse burns out then none of the lights will work. If the DC to DC converter's fuse is not burned out then chances are that the DC to DC converter has failed and needs to be replaced.
Attached are two Ego Helio electric scooter wiring diagrams for models built before and after 12/1/2003 which might help you track down the problem.

Have checked the fuse mentioned along with the other fuses in the cavity and found all sound. Where can i purchase a Converter to fit the model PT-2012. DC converter 90watts Output 12vdc -- input 20--28vdc

The wiring attached to the eGo scooter's DC-DC converter is fairly complex so I recommend purchasing an OEM DC to DC converter directly from eGo. There customer service phone number is 805-464-4810.

Does anyone have a clue as to what the problem could be as all lights on scooter have failed.
