Swagtron Swagger Scooter Handle/Wheel won't turn right. Getting stuck
When I first started working on this, it seemed like everything was aligned correctly but the throttle was in reverse. It is possible that the motor direction just needs to be flipped so it goes forward? It looks like the wheel has been taken apart before (screws have some paint missing). Is this easy to do?

Does anyone have experience disassembling the Swagtron Swagger scooter? I can turn the wheel to the right about 30 degrees and to the left about 180 degrees. It needs some kind of adjustment but I can't figure out how to do it.
