Ezip 4.5 charger flashes green

Ezip 4.5 charger flashes green. not charging scooter.
If the charger is plugged into both the scooter and the wall at the same time, and the green light on the charger flashes on and off that means that the battery pack is almost fully charged but not fully charged yet. However if there is a problem with the battery pack or with the charger then the green light could be flashing on and off for a different reason.

If the charger's green light blinks on and off when the charger is plugged into the wall and is not plugged into the scooter, that indicates that the charger is bad.

If the green light only flashes when the charger is plugged into both the wall and scooter then that leans towards the charger being good and we would start diagnosing the condition of the battery pack.

When a deeply discharged good battery pack has not used for around a half hour then its Voltage level will increase to the point that the scooter will run for a short amount of time again. Assuming that there are no electrical problems with the scooter that prevent it from running, then if the scooter runs for a short amount of time chances are that the battery pack is good, and if it does not run at all then chances are that the battery pack is old or worn out and needs to be replaced.

These are only the most basic electric scooter diagnostic methods without using any electrical test tools.

If you have a multimeter to test Voltage with then please let us know and we can then further diagnose and troubleshoot the problem.
