Question about my dc motor...scooter was parked for about two years...this summer i purchased two new batteries...after about 15 minutes of riding the scooter i noticed it is getting slower and sluggy...the motor became very hard to turn by hand even after i completely took it out from the scooter...turns out these brush motors are not even being produced anymore
