Battery problem / Hupper Sultano scooter

Hello,

My scooter is currently only starting by kickstarting, I dont know if I forgot the lights on or if there is a problem with the battery.

It also does not seem to be charging it, was driving for couple hours today and after stopping it did not start without kickstart.

So I thought perhaps its still possible to revive the battery by taking it off and charging it..But what charger to buy? 

There seems to be several different options and unfortunately my knowledge in this matter is minimal..My bike is a Hupper Sultano, for my understanding 125cc.

For a gas scooter battery an automatic trickle charger for a car will work good to recharge the battery and they are very easy to find at most auto parts stores.
