I am curious as to why a set of newer batteries won't take a charge. (This is not related to my other post... Different bike). This bike I purchased awhile back. The guy I bought it off of had it stored outside over the winter, (below freezing temperatures). Could these batteries be garbage?
Thanks

Electric scooter and bike batteries should not be stored in freezing temperatures. Most of them say right on them to protect from freezing. If they were frozen that could very well be the reason that they are not working.
