When i full throttle my rear motor makes a sound

When i full throttle my rear motor makes a rough grinding sound. Only happens when i accelerate fast any got any idea why and will it wear my motor out if i keep doing that?

That is most likely caused by worn out bearings, sprockets, or gears. The rough grinding noise is a sign that something is worn out and needs to be replaced. If it is continued to be used the motor might be worn out if the problem gets worse enough.
