44v 250a ESC search for 8kw motor on vespa conversion

Hi, I'm looking for a 250a ESC that can control a 8kw (7992w) turnigy rotomax 100cc motor that can power my electric moped project. I'm using two 22v lipo batteries to have a 44v 12s supply. Any ideas would be great (Btw I'm in the UK) Sam
That is a lot more powerful of a speed controller than any that we carry. I am not quite sure what direction to go for finding a controller like that.
