#25 Rear sprocket

Hello, your website has become my go to site for the little projects my wife hates. So I have a new project, without getting too specific, its a type of electric off road vehicle (slow but powerful for my son). I planned on using a SPD-36500R controller, a MOT-36500X2500B motor because I like the mount, a top speed throttle adjuster, and the steel foot pedal throttle. I have most of the little odds and ends figured out but the one thing I can't figure out is a rear sprocket for a #25 chain. I am going to be using a 1" live axle and I am unable to find an axle hub for the sprockets you have or a sprocket for a #25 chain that can attach to a 1" live axle. I noticed you offer different sprockets for the motor but I was also unable to find sprockets for an 8mm chain. I think the #25 chain would be strong enough but I would like to go to a bigger size if possible, plus rear sprockets are more easily available for #35 or 420 chains. I have not purchased anything yet because I am trying to make sure I have all these little conflicts figured out so I am able to move to the left or right with my plans. Any advice or help finding what might work would be greatly appreciated.

#25 chain is plenty strong enough for a 500 Watt motor however 8mm chain is a larger chain size and would last a little longer before it needed to be replaced than #25 chain would. #35 and #420 chains are larger and more robust than 8mm chain.

We carry sprockets, axle hubs, freewheels, and freewheel to axle adapters for #25, 8mm (T8F), #35, and #420 chain on our sprockets page:

We can also custom make sprockets for just about any application: https://electricscooterparts.com/custom-made-sprockets.html

Attached is a photo of the parts, in the photo I included an 89 tooth sprocket for #25 chain however any #25 chain sprocket we sell that fits a freewheel (55, 65, 80, tooth) could be substituted for the 89 tooth sprocket. We also have sprockets for 8mm chain that will fit the freewheel available in 44 and 54 teeth sizes.

The FWM-180 freewheel is compatible with an F4 sprocket mounting pattern and we custom make sprockets with an F4 mounting pattern for any chain size:

An FWM-205 freewheel also works with the FWM-ADAPTER1 axle adapter and FWM-205 has an F5 mounting pattern which we can custom make sprockets for:
