Won't power on

Hello I bought my daughter a Hooverboard for Christmas and it will not power on or charge. I connect the charger and the light on the charger is is green can you help me figure what's wrong with it thanks

I would start with checking the connector between the charger port and controller board to make sure that it is properly attached, and also check the the yellow connector between the battery pack and controller board. Sometimes these connectors can become loose which will cause the battery to not receive a charge from the battery charger.


If these connections are all good then please let us know and we will take it from there.
