Help please? Parts list for 4.10/3.50-4.00 rear wheel assembly

I'm having quite a bit of difficulty building my own rear wheel assembly around a 4.10/3.50-4.00 knobby tire from an Evo scooter. I need rims, freewheel clutch, sprocket, brake rotor/ band, calipers, axle... Everything. .. I'm having trouble figuring out what parts are compatible. Can anyone more knowledgeable assist? Thank you PS I have access to a full machine shop so minor parts modifications are a possibility. I'm quite adept on a mill, lathe, and welding in general Everything offered with this companies rear wheel assemblies is what I need.

 4.10/3.50-4.0 tires will fit onto the same rims that 10x3.00-4 tires fit onto so you could use an eZip 450 rear wheel assembly item # WHL-E450R and install the 4.10/3.50-4.0 tire onto it. Item # WHL-E450R is available on this page: http://electricscooterparts.com/ezipe450scooterparts.html
