Razor HoverTrax 2.0 power issues

I have a Razor Hovertrax 2.0. When weight is placed on the board the right wheel doesn't have enough power to make the board move. When I hold the board the wheel will move in both direction. Do I need a new wheel, or is it the control board?


Where can i find the parts?

Unfortunately, we do not have enough experience the Hovertrax 2.0 yet to be able to diagnose that problem. We carry all parts that are currently available for the Hovertrax 2.0 on this page https://www.electricscooterparts.com/razor-hovertrax-2-scooter-parts.html, however, most of the parts for it have not been received yet and are expected to arrive in April or May of 2018.
