Extended Shipping Times and Delivery Delays Due To Covid-19 Pandemic

Delayed Shipments Due To Covid Pandemic: Due to the Covid pandemic we are experiencing unusually high order volumes and we are under State orders keep our employees 6 feet apart from each other, so all orders placed with USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and FedEx or UPS Ground shipping methodsare currently experiencing delays in shipping. All warehouse employees are working overtime six days a week to get orders shipped out as soon as possible.

Delivery Times: For USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail shipments the delivery time is usually between 3-6 business days after the order is placed. For FedEx and UPS Ground shipments the delivery time is usually between 3-8 business days after the order is placed. The closer the delivery address is to our warehouse the faster the shipping company will be able to deliver the package. These delivery times are an estimate only and not a guaranty. Factors such as unusually high order volumes, orders placed on holidays, delays made by the delivery company, and bad weather may delay the delivery time of a package.

Email Confirmations: If an email address was provided when placing the order then we will email you a receipt immediately after the order is placed, and then a tracking number after the order has been shipped. We receive several returned emails everyday due to typos made in the email address, so if you do not receive order confirmation and tracking number emails from us that is most likely the reason why.

Late USPS Shipments: Recently a small percentage of USPS First Class Mail shipments that we send out have been experiencing delays in transit. If a USPS tracking number shows that the package has been accepted or has arrived at USPS facility and no further tracking information has been posted for several days, that indicates that the package was not scanned after it left the USPS facility, or that it is waiting at the USPS facility to be moved to its next destination.
