Delayed Shipments Due To Covid Pandemic: Due to the Covid pandemic we are experiencing unusually high order volumes and we are under State orders keep our employees 6 feet apart from each other, so all orders placed with USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and FedEx or UPS Ground shipping methods are currently experiencing delays in shipping. All warehouse employees are working overtime six days a week to get orders shipped out as soon as possible.
Orders shipped with USPS First-Class Mail and Priority Mail or FedEx/UPS Ground shipping options are usually shipped within
one to three business days. Factors such as unusually high order volumes and orders placed on holidays will delay the usual shipping time of your order.
If an email address is provided when the order is placed then we will email you a receipt after the order was placed, and then a tracking number after the order has been shipped out.
If you need to receive your order faster than standard delivery time we offer FedEx and UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day shipping options during checkout. Orders placed on weekdays before 12pm noon Pacific Time with these shipping options will ship out on the same business day if possible. If same day express order shipping is not possible due to circumstances out of our control then we will contact you before 5pm Pacific Time on the same day that the order was placed to let you know. Express shipment orders placed on weekends and holidays are treated as orders placed before 12pm noon Pacific Time on the following business day.
